Is this just theory?

Within 24 hours of registering, you will be provided with a link to complete your personalized (and private) conflict style assessment. Instead of simply reading your results and then stuffing it in a drawer, the modules guide you through your results in a reflective process that not only gives you insight, but also provides strategies and tips in order to become a flexible communicator.

You'll practice the conflict styles conversations and leave with words that work.

Is this practicing mediation?

You are not here to become a mediator - you'll learn the essential leadership language that de-escalate conflict and build trust - fast.

It happens that the communication skills you gain from this workshop are also used by mediators.

The live group coaching session is offered monthly. This gives you time to complete your modules and then sign up for the coaching session.
